Extra-Large Sample Space
Oversized stage and travel. For precision observation of 12-inch / 300 mm-diameter specimens. Up to 200 mm Z-axis travel. Fine-adjust handle and clutch-equipped move handle for fast large-area positioning.

Intelligent Variable-Speed Focus
When switching between samples of differing heights, NX2000 intelligently adjusts nosepiece focus speed based on focus-knob rotation speed and distance — faster, more precise focusing.
